Common questions about staying for the wedding

How far is the tent from the wedding? +
Short walk from the party field. Close enough for late night dancing, far enough to actually sleep.

Can a couple share a tent? +
Yes. Two memory foam mattresses pushed together make a king-size bed. Add the king-size bedding upgrade if you want one duvet covering both beds. Essentials for two = £285 total.

Can 4 friends share? +
Yes, and it brings the cost down to ~£101pp for an Essentials tent with real beds. Each 5m tent sleeps up to 4 (strict limit). 5 or 6 in one tent? Look at the XL.

Bringing kids? +
Families are very welcome. Adults can have real beds and children can have airbeds if you want to keep the tent flexible. A 5m tent sleeps up to 4, and a travel cot can usually fit alongside the beds.

Never glamped before? +
Think of it as a pop-up bedroom, not camping. Real bed, full bedding, zipped weatherproof tent, bag drop on arrival, on-site loos and showers, and we'll show you where everything is. You don't pitch, pack or carry anything.

What if it rains? +
Integrated groundsheets, sealed seams. We've never had a guest get rained on inside one.

Is it cold at night? +
August is usually mild. Bedding sets include a 13.5 tog duvet, and tents zip fully shut. Bring a hoodie or jumper for sitting outside after dark.

Where are the toilets and showers? +
On-site, a short walk from the tent village. Final spec (block vs trailer) is confirmed with the couple closer to the weekend - if specifics matter to you, drop us a line and we'll check.

How many nights is the glamping for? +
Prices on this page are for one wedding-night glamping stay. Oli & Grace are shaping the wider weekend around welcome drinks, wild swimming, the Sunday party and breakfast together.

What time can I arrive / leave? +
Final timings will come from Oli & Grace. The wedding weekend starts with Saturday evening welcome drinks, with the main party on Sunday. We'll confirm arrival, bag drop and check-out timings before the wedding.

What if I need to cancel? +
Full refund if you cancel 14+ days before the wedding. Inside 14 days your spot is locked in - if anything changes, message Max and we'll do what we can.
