YOU'RE INVITED TO GLAMP AT
From Luke & Catherine: Stay for the last dance, get comfy in bed two minutes away, then bacon butties in the morning.
A note from Luke & Catherine
“Hi everyone! We would love you to join us following our wedding by staying in a glamping tent on site at the venue! This means you can let your hair down and get comfy in bed straight after. We hope this unique accommodation will cater for everybody attending. We can't wait to wake up in a field with all of you the next morning for breakfast! Luke & Catherine x”
One wedding-night glamping stay: dance to the last song, fall into a real bed two minutes away, then wake up on-site for a big breakfast butty order the next morning.
Why stay
Luke & Catherine have spent a year planning to get everyone in one place. The night is short if half of you scatter at 11.
The night ends when the night ends, not when someone's cab arrives.
Walk back to your tent, not a late-night drive away from everyone.
The look
Start with the tent, then choose the sleep setup. Bring your own kit, keep it simple with airbeds, or add proper beds made up before you arrive.
Step 1
This sets the base tent package. Beds, bedding and towels come next.
We’ll update the running total and bed options after this.
Your setup so far
Wedding guests, said it best
Staying meant I actually saw the bride and groom at breakfast. Different wedding entirely.
Sam
We looked across the madness - glow sticks littering the floor, empty glasses, most of the guests in bed. It was around 3am. Favourite moment of the whole wedding.
Leanne
So comfortable and cosy. I'll definitely be elbowing my partner to book again next year.
Rosie
1000s of bell tents pitched at weddings and festivals across the UK.
Short walk from the party field at Townend Farm. Close enough for late night dancing, far enough to actually sleep.
Yes. Two memory foam mattresses pushed together make a king-size bed. Add the king-size bedding upgrade if you want one duvet covering both beds. Essentials for two = £245 total.
Yes, and it brings the cost down to ~£86pp for an Essentials tent with real beds. Each 5m tent sleeps up to 4 (strict limit). 5 or 6 in one tent? Look at the XL.
Families are very welcome. Adults can have real beds and children can have airbeds if you want to keep the tent flexible. A 5m tent sleeps up to 4, and a travel cot can usually fit alongside the beds.
Think of it as a pop-up bedroom, not camping. Real bed, full bedding, zipped weatherproof tent, bag drop on arrival, on-site loos and showers, and we'll show you where everything is. You don't pitch, pack or carry anything.
Integrated groundsheets, sealed seams. We've never had a guest get rained on inside one.
June is usually mild. Bedding sets include a 13.5 tog duvet, and tents zip fully shut. Bring a hoodie or jumper for sitting outside after dark.
On-site, a short walk from the tent village. Final spec (block vs trailer) is confirmed with the couple closer to the date - if specifics matter to you, drop us a line and we'll check.
Prices on this page are for one wedding-night glamping stay - the wedding night, then breakfast the next morning before pack-down.
Final timings will come from Luke & Catherine. We'll confirm arrival, bag drop and check-out timings before the wedding.
Full refund if you cancel 14+ days before the wedding. Inside 14 days your spot is locked in - if anything changes, message Max and we'll do what we can.
