Pre-pitched, no kit required.

We set up a tent village on-site at your event. Each guest picks a tent, adds the beds and bedding they want, and pays for their own booking through a page like this. You don't collect a penny or chase anyone. Delivery and collection are quoted separately, based on how far your venue is from us.

  • Is this a real booking page? +

    This is an example so you can see what your guests would get. Your own page would carry your event's date, venue, tent count and a delivery price for your location.

  • How does guest booking work? +

    We pitch a tent village on-site and give your guests a page like this. Each guest picks their tent and beds and pays for their own booking, so there's no money for you to collect or chase.

  • How much is delivery? +

    Delivery and collection are quoted separately, based on how far your venue is from us (we're near York/Malton). You get a fixed delivery price when you enquire.

  • Can a couple share a tent? +

    Yes. Two memory foam mattresses pushed together make a king-size bed. Add the king-size bedding upgrade if you want one duvet covering both beds.

  • Can 4 of us share? +

    Yes, and it brings the cost down to ~£115pp for an Essentials tent with real beds. Each 5m tent sleeps up to 4 (strict limit). 5 or 6? Look at the XL.

  • Bringing kids? +

    Families are very welcome. Adults can have real beds and children can have airbeds to keep the tent flexible. A 5m tent sleeps up to 4, and a travel cot can usually fit alongside the beds.

  • Never glamped before? +

    Think of it as a pop-up bedroom, not camping. Real bed, full bedding, zipped weatherproof tent, bag drop on arrival. Guests don't pitch, pack or carry anything.

  • What if it rains? +

    Integrated groundsheets, sealed seams. We've never had a guest get rained on inside one.

  • Is it cold at night? +

    Bedding sets include a 13.5 tog duvet, and tents zip fully shut. A hoodie for after dark is plenty.

  • Where are the toilets and showers? +

    We'll plan facilities with you for your venue. Some sites have their own; we can advise on hire if not.

  • How do we set this up for our event? +
